League information(Only with the War Room membership)

Leagues are built with 12 teams. League format is SF Leagues are played on the app Sleeper. 
 

Once we get a full league you will be sent an invite to join.

DYNASTY LEAGUES

  • Our dynasty leagues are designed for men committed to long-term mental wellness.

  • Leagues are active year around.

  • Leagues are focused on fostering connection. Rules are different than other leagues.

  • If a player is put on the trading block an offer must made to another team.

  • Group meetups-beginning of the season, mid season, and end of season.

  • Weekly prompts-Ex: sharing life wins of the week. 

  • Fact sheet of league members are shared.-Favorite teams, birthday, family situation, city lived in, favorite hobby. 

  • The player with the most engagement gets awarded a compensatory draft pick-The formula-is calculated by-Most player trades, prompting or answering questions in the chat, game pick ems(win percentage), and  participation in events.

  • Leagues are paid due to draft picks.

CERTIFIED REDRAFT LEAGUES

  • League built around a shared life experience — like new fatherhood, sobriety, infertility, or managing panic attacks.  You're surrounded by guys that get it.

  • Along with weekly matchups, you’ll meet bi-weekly for virtual mental bootcamp sessions, led by a performance coach.

  • ​Fact sheet of members shared-Favorite teams, birthday, family situation, city lived in, favorite hobby.

  • Ongoing support through a specialized playbook on how to manage your specific life experience.

  • Leagues can be paid or unpaid.
